Before telling the story of a place, it helps to watch how it moves. Where does the light come from, where do people slow down, and which sounds return?
Observe first
A strong frame is not always found in the busiest spot. Sometimes the story begins with a small movement repeating at the edge of the image.
Choose second
Camera angle, lens and movement become clearer after that observation. The image then feels less like a layer added to the place and more like a story emerging from within it.
